On May 2, 2004, Joe Merlino of the band JCO gave his okay for their band to be archived at archive org stating:
"This is to give permission for you to archive our shows. The band is JCO, abbreviated jco. The band's webiste is http://www.nigiri.org/jco (but all you'll find there right now is a pointer to my email).
Thanks."
Previously on file their policy was:
"Our trading policy is open. You may trade shows at will. Please respect the standards of the community, and don't trade MP3 or other lossy compression-sourced recordings."
In accordance to the above band wishes, mp3 supplemental versions will NOT be made.
